All eligible and interested unmarried male candidates can apply online at Indian Navy official website joinindiannavy.gov.in from 29th March 2025 to till the application last date 10th April 2025 for SSR Medical Assistant recruitment in Indian Navy.

- 02/2025 Batch : Should be born between 01 Sep 2004 - 29 Feb 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
- 02/2026 Batch : Should be born between 01 Jul 2005 - 31 Dec 2008 (Both dates inclusive).

Indian Navy SSR Medical Assistant Qualification 2025
Qualified in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) from the Boards of School Education recognised by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India with 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
Note : Candidates who are appearing in class 12th Board Exam of academic year 2024-25 are also eligible to apply provided they fulfill all other eligibility criteria.
Navy SSR Medical Assistant Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is mandatory for selection. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk. PFT standard is as follow:-
- Minimum Height for Male :- 157 cms
- 1.6 Km run :- 06 min 30 sec
- Squats (Uthak Baithak) :- 20
- Push-ups :- 15
- Bent Knee Sit-ups:- 15
